About
A gentle 1.8-mile loop around a man-made tarn framed by Scots pine and the high fells of Wetherlam. The path is well-surfaced and largely flat, making it accessible to most. Park at the National Trust car park and walk clockwise for the best light on the water.
Roger Recommends
"Arrive before 9am or after 4pm — the car park fills by mid-morning in season."
