Arrival & keys
Check-in from 4pm. Key safe code is in your booking confirmation email.
Wi-Fi
Network and password are on the welcome card in the kitchen.
Heating & hot water
Combi boiler with thermostat in the living room; hot water is on demand.
Bins & recycling
General waste Wednesdays, recycling alternate Wednesdays. Bins behind the stone wall at the driveway.
Departure
Check-out by 10am. Please load the dishwasher, strip beds, and return keys to the safe.

Emergencies
If you have a real maintenance emergency during your stay that simply cannot wait until our offices open the next day, please call 07507 466 070. The number is available until 8pm.
Fires
A basketful of logs will be provided for your stay. Further logs can be bought from the Motorbody Accident Repair Centre at the bottom of the hill.
